Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle, and we prorate the difference.
What happens after my free trial?
After your 14-day trial, choose a plan to continue. If you don't select one, your account is paused -- no data is deleted, and you can reactivate anytime.
Do you charge per minute?
Every plan comes with bundled minutes per seat. You only pay overage if you exceed your bundle. Overage for US and Canada is $0.025/min, UK/AU $0.035/min, EU $0.045/min. You can set overage alerts and hard caps in your dashboard — no surprise bills.
Do I need my own phone carrier or SIP trunks?
No. Dialer.CX runs on our own global voice network — the world's largest wholesale carrier aggregator. You don't need to bring any carrier, trunk, or VoIP provider. Just sign up, order phone numbers (or port your existing ones), and start calling. We handle the entire voice path, which means better call quality and lower rates than any reseller can offer.
What countries can I get numbers in?
We offer local, toll-free, and mobile numbers in the US, Canada, UK, Australia, and all EU member states -- over 30 countries total. Enterprise customers can request numbers in additional markets.
Do you offer annual discounts?
Yes. Pay annually and get 20% off -- that is 2 months free on any plan. Contact us to switch to annual billing at any time.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contracts. All plans are month-to-month. Cancel anytime with no penalties or termination fees.
What is AI Noise Cancellation?
AI Noise Cancellation removes background noise in real time -- barking dogs, traffic, other agents on the floor -- so your customers hear only a clean, professional voice. Available on Business and Enterprise plans.
What is AI Accent Softening?
AI Accent Softening neutralizes heavy accents in real time, making agents easier to understand while preserving their natural tone. Available on Business and Enterprise plans.
How does STIR/SHAKEN work?
Dialer.CX signs every outbound call with full Attestation A, the highest level of caller ID verification. This dramatically reduces "Scam Likely" labels and improves answer rates. Available on Professional plans and above.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, ACH bank transfers, and wire transfers. Enterprise customers can also pay by invoice with NET-30 terms.
Can I add AI features to Starter?
AI features like transcription, call scoring, and summaries are included starting with the Professional plan. Upgrade to Pro or Business anytime -- changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
