25 years building voice infrastructure. Not a startup.
Built by telecom engineers who have run their own call centers. Not a VC-funded startup. Profitable since 2009.
We started by running our own voice networks.
In 2000, we founded a telecom operations company. We ran our own voice networks, managed our own infrastructure, and placed millions of calls through systems we built and maintained ourselves. We weren't software people who discovered telecom — we were telecom people who learned to write software because the tools available to us were garbage.
Every dialer we tried was built as an afterthought. Bolted onto inbound platforms. Designed by people who had never sat on a call floor watching agents fight with a clunky interface while leads went cold. We got tired of waiting for someone else to fix it, so we built the dialer we wished existed. We shipped the first version to our own operations, broke it, fixed it, broke it again, and kept going until it was solid.
Today, over 200 call centers in 15 countries run on our platform. We've placed more than 500 million calls. We know what works because we've been doing this for a quarter century — not because we read about it in a pitch deck. There's no venture capital behind us. No runway clock ticking. We've been profitable since 2009 and we plan to keep it that way.

What we believe.
Outbound-first
We built for dialers, not help desks. Every feature, every UI decision, every piece of infrastructure is designed for teams that dial out. Outbound is not a feature — it is the product.
AI-augmented, not AI-replaced
Your agents + our AI = unstoppable. AI transcribes, scores, and coaches in real time. But when the deal is on the line, a human closes it. We build for that reality.
Compliance is not optional
TCPA, STIR/SHAKEN, DNC — compliance is built into the dialing engine, not bolted on as a settings page. Every call is checked before it connects. Every recording has a full audit trail. No shortcuts.
Profitable since 2009
No VC runway. No pivot risk. We're here to stay. We've been self-funded and profitable for over 15 years. When you build on our platform, you're building on a company that isn't going anywhere.
